Privacy policy
Introduction
We strongly support your right to privacy when using our products.
We prefer to avoid collecting data from you.
In the cases where we do collect data, we try to be clear about why we’re collecting it, collect as little as we need, tell you how long we keep it, delete it when we no longer need it, and give you the ability to opt out of collection whenever possible.
Visiting Our Sites
When you visit our web sites, metadata including your IP address and your web browser’s user agent string are recorded by our web server software. We use these logs to perform statistical analysis about the number of visitors we receive, and to detect attempted attacks on our servers by third parties.
User Content
All content created by users is stored on user’s device. Content is not transmitted to our servers. All processing takes place on user device.
When content is being published to a website, it is transmitted to a server chosen by the user. Content is transmitted directly from user’s device to a server of her choice.
Payment Processing
Payments within the app are processed by third parties, specifically Apple and RevenueCat. We do not store any payment information on our servers. Apple and RevenueCat handle payment processing activities in compliance with their respective privacy policies and data protection regulations.
When you purchase a license or subscription to one of our apps from Apple’s AppStore, we do not receive any of your personal data.
Customer Support
When you contact us for support via email support@21loopings.com, we store a copy of your inquiry, our response and any follow-ups. We periodically store backups of this data. We retain customer support interactions so we can reference past interactions when you contact us for support with any of our products.
When you contact us for support via social network accounts, like X.com or Instagram, those companies may collect and store data about your inquiry. We do not collect or store data on our servers about those inquiries.
Data not collected
Except as described above, and as required to perform the product’s core functionality at the user’s request, our products do not send out any private information. This includes information from device sensors, keyboard input, screen contents, network traffic, usernames, passwords, SSH / Encryption keys.

This document may be revised to clarify our policies or to update them to reflect our current handling of customer data.
